What is design-build construction?
Design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the design-build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. Because we have in-house designers, our team can often begin the build phase concurrent with the design phase, meaning we can get shovels in the ground much earlier than other delivery methods allowing the business to generate revenue within a shorter timeframe. This time savings can equate to cost savings, too, by reducing project and opportunity costs through minimizing the time owners must carry construction financing and loans.
